Temporary billing links

The owner of your Lookback team isn’t always the person who holds the company card. A temporary billing link lets someone else, such as a colleague in finance, update your billing details without a Lookback username or password.

As the team owner, open the menu at the top right and click Plan. Under Temporary billing link, click Generate link, then click the link to copy it. Anyone who opens the link can change your organization’s billing details, such as the credit card and the billing email. The link works for 24 hours. To end access sooner, click Reset link.
