A new "Collaborator note privacy" setting is available in round settings for the Observer Lobby. Turn it on for a round and only Collaborators (and above) can see session notes left by other Collaborators — Guests and Observers can still add and see each other's notes, and chat messages and highlights stay visible to everyone.
