Anonymize project participants and sessions

A new Project Settings option lets you anonymize every participant and session in a project. Turning it on renames every participant to "Redacted Participant," swaps their email for a unique anon.lookback.com address, and strips their name from the titles of any sessions they appear in, across all projects.
